A major part of your job will be to sell our recruitment services to new and existing clients. This will involve cold calling high-level prospects and securing meetings with them so you can deliver your winning sales pitch.
But new business is not the only the thing you’ll be responsible for. You’ll also need to secure a constant flow of candidates by calling up and networking with suitable contacts and carefully managing the talent you already have on your books.
You have to be a real go-getter to succeed in this role – hard-working, competitive and driven to achieve. Sales experience is welcome, especially if it includes outbound calls. And you must, must, must be brilliant with people, whether you’re talking to them face to face or over the phone.
