Through rigorous screening and selection, nothing less than a 100% skills match was sent on for further consideration, yet we were able to fill every one of the required roles for the Rugeley upgrade with suitably experienced staff by the agreed deadlines.
With so many contractors on site we decided to hold regular on-site candidate and payroll clinics twice a week to deal so any queries were dealt with promptly face to face. The project was on a tight schedule, so we time-tabled our visits to coincide with a shift change or lunch break to minimise any disruption to the working day.
